CODE. INNOVATE. BUILD.™
This policy explains what information CodeInnovix collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. We aim to collect as little as possible.
Information you send us
When you use our contact form, we receive the details you enter:
- your name and email address;
- your project type and description;
- optionally, your company, website, budget range, and preferred timeline.
The form sends these details to our business inbox using a transactional email provider (Resend). The website itself does not store your submission in a database.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and, if we work together, prepare proposals. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Technical information
To protect the form from abuse, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. This is held in temporary memory and is not stored by us. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages) for security and operations, under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us, or object to how we use it, by contacting us through our contact form. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
